General Information
Gosford Racecourse is a pleasant one-hour drive from Sydney via the F3, simply take the Gosford exit and follow the Central Coast Highway into West Gosford and the picturesque Gosford Racecourse is on your left.
Gates open at 11.00am on standard racedays and 1.00pm at Twilight meetings and free parking is available in centre course, if you take advantage of the centre course parking you should be aware that entry to the racecourse is via a pedestrian tunnel that has two sets of stairs.
Entry via the Racecourse Rd turnstiles is on a gentle slope with easy access to all Grandstand facilities.

Once the Members Stand is close to capacity tickets will only be sold to member’s guests only and reciprocal clubs.

Children Under 16 are permitted complimentary entry with an adult.
Public Transport
If you are travelling by public transport then numerous train services from both Sydney and Newcastle will bring you to Gosford Rail Station. Please call 131 500 for timetable information.
Palm Beach Ferry Service

Racecourse Facilities
The JH Little Members Stand overlooks the saddling enclosure and the Winning Post. If you are a member of a race club that carries reciprocal rights with the Gosford Race Club you can gain complementary members privileges for the day. The members stand boasts a bar area, a café area, two separate totes and bookmakers facilities, so once inside there is no need to leave.
The MJ Cusick stand is for the public and there is no cost to enter this facility. The stand has 2 levels the ground floor being the Riverdale Bar which includes a large public bar area tote facilities bookmakers facilities and a snack bar. This area is not air conditioned, and overlooks the betting ring and has its own courtyard.
The upper level of the MJ Cusick public stand boasts the best public facilities at any racecourse in NSW. With dual level viewing of the racetrack through crystal clear glass in air-conditioned comfort. The internal area includes bar, tote and snack bar facilities and again a bookmaker operates in the area.
